Rebuilding a B2B InsurTech platform around one unified view of Member health

As product designer, I mapped what data mattered to whom, claims for payers, health trends for members, prescriptions for pharmacies, and consolidated five fragmented sources into one continuously updating view.

I built a two-part scoring system that made passive health data visible and actionable, then used personalisation to turn into specific next steps: nudges, and alerts tied to what was actually moving each member's health-score.

As sole designer on designing MVP for a global Pharma partner. I built next-step recommendations directly into the platform, turning passive patient data into actionable insights that care teams could act on without leaving the tool.

I reduced cognitive load through visual hierarchy making data easy to scan under time pressure, and designed effortless workflows that were based on filter mechanics.

Rebuilding Tax Document Collection for a Private Investment Team

As sole designer, I mapped how a five-step, deadline-driven process broke down with disconnected workflow across 5 tools and designed one unified view tool.

I built a live dashboard for oversight, a searchable queue for daily work, and a separate space for the actions associates repeated most, so the platform matched how the work actually happened, not just what needed to be tracked.

PNC Bank

Redesigning Search and Quality Review inside a bank's AML platform

As sole designer, I redesigned how investigators search for transactions, and built the independent review system that checks their work, two connected parts of PNC's internal AML investigation platform.

Reduced clicks to compare match types, replaced a cluttered results table with one built to scan at a glance, and fixed a transaction graph that never populated. On the review side, I built a live dashboard that replaced spreadsheet-tracked status with real-time visibility across every case.
